Can you please tell me what's the deal with the giant, pustule-ridden zombies at the final act of the movie? As in, what they are, how they were created, what makes them different (and stronger) than other zombies, et cetera? Introducing them without any explanation for what they are and where they come from feels like a cheap plot device.
PS: If you're reading this and you aren't LittleLuckyLink, but you still have a theory/headcanon about these zombies (or if there was an explanation and I missed it) I'd appreciate if you message me with the explanation since I'd almost certainly not see it without getting a notification for it.

The reason for the mutated zombies? To be completely honest with you: because we thought it would be cool. This entire series is a not-so-subtle love letter to various zombie stories/movies/games, so the idea of having a super mutant zombie ala Left 4 Dead's special infected was an idea that naturally came up. I suppose it kind of is a plot device in retrospect... but hey, we already had that random zombie shark in the first movie, so I guess we sold out pretty early on.

Back to the mutant zombie, this actually isn't the first appearance of it: back Day of the Madness, there was a silhouette of a giant zombie near the end, which was intended to be this guy (or one of them, anyways). He was supposed to show up in Dusk, but ended up getting pushed back into Overtime instead.

The mutant zombie-- which we call the Sample-- was the result of GenMorto's testing. As with most evil science companies, the scientists stupidly decided that creating a giant zombie was a good idea. There was going to be a small flashback sequence about their creation, but we were cutting it too close to the deadline to do that.

Instead, we settled for a bit of environmental storytelling regarding the Samples: when they first enter the giant lab chamber, there's two huge test tubes/containers. One's already broken open (with a ton of dead bodies and smashed up scientists nearby), which was obviously the handiwork of the Sample that the biker gets into a fight with. The second one, still inside its container, breaks out after the glass gets cracked during the biker fight, and later makes a beeline for the helicopter at the end.

actually anakin skywalker is a force ghost.

there are still some unsolved questions...
who are the characters? what are their origins? what are the warring sides (factions of NEXUS incorporated?) why is there a sole ATP engineer as the leader of a whole faction? is he actually the leader? who revived the protagonist in the first chapter? why does he look exactly like the others? is he a spy? a traitor? something else? what are the soldiers that seem like him - bandits from MPN2?
if you create MI3, please answer those questions.

why the hell did darth keviro attack LE0? shouldn't both of them by in the sith order?

OK, the animations are not bad, but the facts (expect of number 6) can be correct just if you are a living creature/Carbon-based life form/human, and the ending is even a little bit racistic against non-human beings (it hints their minds are not as complex as a human one). and remember: known things are just an extremely miniature part of all the things. and who knows? maybe (or not maybe) there are not even right.

that protagonist...
he isn't an ATP...
he is something like another protagonist...
something like YEELON!!!
